Resumes are obviously your most important document when searching for a new job. With all of the new technology & computer analytics these days, this task was extremely daunting to me and I feared not being able to showcase myself in the ways I knew were vital, especially with starting a new career. She put all of my anxieties at ease very quickly.

JoAnn uses an app matching your resume with specific skills needed in the job posting you will be interested in. A score of 80 is considered a “match”...JoAnn’s will score yours in the mid to high 90s (depending on your experience)!!!

She makes sure your resume is “key word optimized” for an ATS (applicant tracking system) that employers use.

She surpassed ALL of my expectations, was very prompt in scheduling our phone interview, and had my resume, cover letter template, thank you letter template AND LinkedIn template info all sent to me within 24 hours!!

I can NOT say ENOUGH about how OVERJOYED I am with her service and the way she helped me brand myself for this new career path I am embarking on.
